As a Senior/Principal Product Manager Auto Pricing Strategy at ACKO, you will play a crucial role in envisioning and executing the pricing roadmap across Motor products. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with various teams such as actuarial, data science, engineering, design, operations, and business to develop scalable pricing systems and experimentation frameworks that directly impact conversion, loss ratios, and long-term customer value. Operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment, you will be required to employ a blend of product thinking, analytics, and execution excellence to solve complex problems effectively.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own the end-to-end pricing product charter for Auto, from defining the strategy to execution and continuous optimization.
- Identify and implement pricing levers that enhance conversion, revenue, and profitability while upholding strong risk discipline.
- Collaborate closely with Actuarial and Data Science teams to convert models into production-ready product experiences.
- Design and expand pricing experimentation frameworks (including A/B testing, cohorts, segmentation) to foster continuous learning and iteration.
- Develop internal pricing tools and platforms to facilitate quicker decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Lead roadmap planning, OKRs, and delivery across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Strike a balance between short-term business outcomes and long-term platform thinking.
- Utilize data rigorously to identify opportunities, present compelling stories, and influence stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless integration of pricing logic into customer journeys across channels and partners.
- Provide clarity in ambiguous situations and drive initiatives from ideation to launch with strong execution ownership.
**Qualifications Required:**
- 7-10 years of Product Management experience focusing on impactful customer-facing or platform products.
- Profound experience in managing complex, data-heavy problem spaces, with a preference for pricing, growth, risk, marketplaces, or decision systems.
- Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, establish OKRs, and lead execution across a portfolio.
- Strong customer obsession, with the ability to solve challenging problems with simple and elegant solutions.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a deep understanding of data and the capacity to derive insights independently while recognizing its strengths and limitations.
- Possess a proactive Driver mindset, inclined towards action, hands-on collaboration, and adept at operating in ambiguous situations.
