Role Overview: You will be leading the team in planning and producing world-class celebrations and weddings for HNI and corporate houses from across the world. You should possess an understanding of luxury and have a strong sense of international and Indian aesthetics in the weddings and events business. Your in-depth knowledge of the weddings and social events industry should be current on goings in the Indian and global wedding scenario. Attention to detail is crucial during planning and execution to ensure all client requirements are not only met but exceeded. Your role will also involve leading a team of 10 or more planners, designers, and production crew, exhibiting leadership through setting a living example. Moreover, you should have the ability to expand and develop the client and vendor database through networks of your own, experience in developing new business, and the capability to plan and execute all the stages of a wedding from business development to production.
