As a Senior Art Director at MicDrop! Advertising in Bhilai, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing integrated creative across branding, digital, social, and offline platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Conceptualizing brand narratives - Executing high-quality visual systems - Leading motion and digital experiences - Overseeing website design and implementation - Guiding junior creatives - Elevating creative standards across the agency Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Graphic Design Leadership - Developing complete brand identity systems (logo, typography, color, guidelines) - Designing integrated campaigns across digital and offline touchpoints - Creating social media creatives, performance ads, and campaign visuals - Designing marketing collaterals (brochures, pitch decks, packaging, event branding, OOH, print ads etc) - Maintaining consistency in visual storytelling across all channels - Translating strategy into strong visual concepts Motion Graphics & Video Design - Creating engaging motion graphics for social media, digital ads, reels, and brand films - Designing animated brand assets, explainers, and promotional content - Working closely with content and performance teams to optimize visual storytelling for engagement - Understanding pacing, transitions, and storytelling in short-form content Website Design & Implementation - Designing responsive, conversion-focused website UI/UX - Creating wireframes, mockups, and design systems - Collaborating with developers for implementation (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, custom builds) - Ensuring design feasibility and user experience standards - Optimizing visual hierarchy for performance and usability - Understanding SEO, speed, and digital best practices Creative Leadership (Highly Preferred) - Leading and mentoring junior designers - Reviewing and elevating team output - Participating in brainstorming and campaign ideation - Presenting concepts to internal teams and clients - Ensuring timelines and quality standards are maintained - Contributing to agency creative direction and innovation Qualifications Required: - 58+ years of experience in an agency or creative environment - Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, motion, and digital work - Experience handling multiple brands simultaneously - Experience presenting to clients is a plus Skills Required: - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) - Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual systems - UI/UX design skills - Knowledge of website platforms - Motion design capabilities - Strong conceptual thinking ability - Understanding of marketing psychology and digital performance Leadership & Soft Skills Required: - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ownership mindset - Ability to work under deadlines - Detail-oriented with high creative standards - Strategic thinking, not just execution Why Join MicDrop!
