SENIOR VIDEO EDITOR MOTION DESIGNER

As a Senior Video Editor Motion Designer at our company, your role will be to lead video execution across various platforms such as social media, digital campaigns, brand films, and launch videos. You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to transform raw footage into high-impact content while also guiding junior editors on quality, pacing, and storytelling. Key Responsibilities: - Edit high-quality videos for various platforms including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, long-form content, brand films, campaign videos, ads, and performance creatives - Shape narratives through pacing, music, transitions, text overlays, and visual rhythm - Ensure edits are platform-native and optimized for performance - Interpret creative briefs into compelling video stories - Collaborate with Creative Head & Brand teams on video concepts, storyboards, and narrative structures - Create and/or guide motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, subtitles, and basic VFX as required - Maintain consistency with brand visual language - Mentor junior video editors, review and elevate their work before final delivery, and set quality benchmarks for motion and editing craft - Manage file structures, project timelines, and version control - Coordinate with Designers, Creative Head, and Brand teams to ensure on-time delivery with high-quality output Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Senior Video Editor Motion Designer - Proficiency in video editing software and tools - Strong storytelling and visual thinking skills - Leadership and mentorship abilities - Excellent time management and organizational skills You will report to the Business Head of the respective Vertical and will be based at our EBG Group Office in the Hitec City area, Hyderabad. Your working days will be Monday to Saturday with timings from 10 am to 7 pm. The salary package for this position ranges from 8 LPA to 11 LPA.
