Role Overview:
As a Senior Product Designer UI/UX at 4flow, you will be responsible for supporting the design of user interfaces and experiences across digital products. Your role will involve contributing to research, prototyping, and design system maintenance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and refine designs. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced team members and apply user-centered design principles in your daily work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web-based applications.
- Support user research and usability testing efforts.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, InVision, or Framer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and refine designs.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems.
- Stay updated and curious about market trends and logistics-related user needs.
Qualifications Required:
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related design discipline.
- Familiarity with web-based applications and prototyping tools.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Framer.
- Exposure to user research, wireframing, and design thinking.
- Understanding of customer needs and user-centered design.
- A degree in a relevant design field is a plus.
