Your responsibilities will include: - Leading design efforts for the Carter platform, with a focus on dashboards, campaign management, audience tools, reporting interfaces, and workflow optimization. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business goals and complex use cases into simple, intuitive user journeys. - Creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes to simplify data-driven features and ML-powered insights. - Ensuring that Carters UI adheres to top-notch standards for accessibility, consistency, and responsiveness across various devices. - Maintaining and evolving the Carter design system, component library, and brand guidelines. - Communicating design concepts, rationale, and user research findings effectively to engineering and leadership teams, ensuring alignment throughout the product lifecycle. - Staying updated on design trends, the adtech ecosystem, and enterprise SaaS usability best practices to uphold Carter's value and differentiation. Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a robust portfolio of SaaS, enterprise, or data-intensive products. - Proven hands-on design experience with a strong, updated portfolio and consistent career growth. - Positive, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven with a strong passion for user-centered design. - Expertise in designing dashboards, workflow interfaces, and data visualizations for B2B or enterprise users. - Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. - Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools like InVision, Axure, etc. - Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and web development frameworks is advantageous. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
