Job Description
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for driving the technological direction for business-critical applications, ensuring alignment with the overall business vision and strategic objectives. You will lead and manage the full lifecycle of technology programs and projects, from initiation to successful delivery, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements. Additionally, you will orchestrate and coordinate efforts across diverse development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. Your role will also involve leading the adoption and implementation of DevSecOps practices for all relevant products, enhancing security, efficiency, and collaboration. As the primary technology liaison for designated business units within Wolters Kluwer, you will foster strong relationships and ensure effective communication. Furthermore, you will identify, assess, and mitigate technical and project risks, developing contingency plans to ensure smooth project progression. You will support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance. Your responsibilities will also include assisting the RTE with identifying resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities within a program. You will monitor project performance, track key metrics, and provide regular, transparent updates to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and successes.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the adoption and implementation of DevSecOps practices for all relevant products
- Act as the primary technology liaison for designated business units within Wolters Kluwer
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and project risks
- Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables
- Assist RTE with identifying resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities within a program
- Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Qualifications Required:
- A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies including 5 years of experience as a Technology Program Manager managing large, complex initiatives in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams following SAFe methodologies
- Experience in designing content pipeline end-to-end
- Good understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, XML, SQL, .NET, JavaScript (AngularJS), or PHP
- Preferably has experience developing software
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle models
- Ability to develop and maintain a comprehensive content model that aligns with business goals and user needs
- Proven experience in analytics (data and content)
- Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools such as Project Management tools including JIRA, Miro, Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Pendo, and other tools like Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office Tools is a plus
