Senior Technical Project & Program Manager - Data & Artificial Intelligence

As a Senior Program Manager - Expert in Data & AI in the Professional Services domain, your role involves orchestrating large-scale, complex Data & AI programs across global, multi-vendor environments. Your responsibilities include program governance, delivery assurance, stakeholder management, and mentorship without direct people management accountability. Your technical understanding across Data & AI domains is crucial, although a hands-on technical background is not necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Provide end-to-end program leadership for high-risk Data & AI engagements across various domains such as Data Analytics, Data Engineering, BI & Visualization, AI/ML & MLOps, and more. - Act as a senior delivery authority during pre-sales, contributing to solution reviews, risk identification, and ensuring SOW feasibility. - Own program-level financial governance covering revenue, margin, forecasting, utilization, and change control. - Manage executive client relationships, lead governance forums, and communicate AI-driven business value. - Mentor project managers and delivery leads, setting standards and best practices without direct reporting lines. Mandatory Profile Criteria: - Professional Services / Consulting / System Integration delivery background. - Experience in leading enterprise-scale AI & Advanced Analytics programs. - Strong external stakeholder and executive client management experience. - Active involvement in pre-sales and SOW shaping. - Ability to guide technical teams without hands-on delivery experience. Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree (any discipline). - Advanced degree preferred. - 14+ years of Professional Services program leadership experience. - PMP and Agile Scrum certifications mandatory. Technical Knowledge Expectations: - Strong understanding of Data & AI architectures, AI/ML lifecycle, MLOps, governance, and cloud data platforms. Hands-on technical delivery is not required.
