Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist

As a Strategic Sourcing Analyst at Medtronic, you will be a key member of the center-led Indirect Supply Management team. You will be responsible for managing IT services categories, such as IT consulting, IT services, and Data Management categories, with the potential to expand your responsibilities to additional indirect categories in the future. Your role will involve creating value across the entire portfolio of $500M+, building strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers, leading reporting & data analytics, supporting sourcing strategies, and managing supplier relationships for strategic IT services categories. Additionally, you will be responsible for achieving year-on-year value improvements, leading RFx events and strategic contract negotiations, advising internal stakeholders, gathering market intelligence, recommending solutions, educating stakeholders on key initiatives, and promoting a mindset of continuous improvement.
