Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience in building and delivering complex software solutions, with a strong foundation in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices. - Nice to have experience in cloud-native application development on AWS and/or Azure. - Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, SOA, and database technologies, encompassing both RDBMS and NoSQL. - Hands-on expertise in CI/CD, testing frameworks, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps tools. - Experience in leading or mentoring diverse engineering teams. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts and collaborate effectively. - Proven problem-solving skills in fast-paced, collaborative environments. - Familiarity with software security standards and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus. - Nice to have experience with SAML, OAuth, identity management, PKI/certificates, and global, cross-functional teams.
