As a Senior AI Software Engineer at CGI, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the development of AI products. Your key responsibilities will include: - Having at least 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer - Demonstrating a proven track record in AI product development - Possessing expertise in Python, with valuable skills in Java, Scala, and C# - Knowledge in microservices, with valuable experience in graphQL - Understanding of data management & data structures such as Json schema and Avro - Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins pipelines, Docker, and experience deploying models (MLOps, LLMOps, AIOps) - Strong grasp of GenAI/AI/ML technologies, including concepts like AI flow, evaluation, training, scoring, prompting, guardrails, and RAG - Experience with Cloud providers such as Azure, GCP, or AWS - Proficiency in Agile development methodologies, particularly SCRUM - Valuable knowledge in distributed architectures, akka concepts, NLP projects, standard methodologies, principles, and software patterns - Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools like JIRA and Trello Skills and behavioral competencies required for this role: - Strong organizational & time management skills - Cloud certifications are a plus - Fluent in English (proficient in French is a plus) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Demonstrating creativity, curiosity, and a passion for innovation and technology Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, business analytics, or a related field In this role, you will be expected to turn meaningful insights into action by working collaboratively with the team.
