Job Description
As a Strong Lead Search Engineer / AI-ML Leader, you will be responsible for the following key areas of expertise:
- Must have minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in Search / Information Retrieval / NLP / Machine Learning.
- Must have minimum 5+ years of experience in backend development using languages such as Python or Java.
- Experience designing taxonomy, ontology, tags, thesaurus, and metadata models is crucial.
- Proficiency with Big Data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark) for search/ML workloads is essential.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras, Spark ML is a must.
- Designing, building, and scaling RESTful APIs and Web Services is a required skill.
- Practical experience in statistical tools such as Python, R, SAS, or open-source libraries is necessary.
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases like CosmosDB, Cassandra, MongoDB is mandatory.
Additionally, it is preferred that you have familiarity with modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, HTML5, CSS3. Hands-on experience with dev tools such as Eclipse, Git, Gradle, Jenkins, Jira, JFrog Artifactory, and web servers like Tomcat, Jetty, JBoss is a plus. A degree in BE/B.Tech/M.Tech is preferred.
Please note that the offered CTC breakup will be 80% fixed and 20% variable as per company policy.
