Job Description
As a Senior Sales Manager for an established gases company in Chennai, your role involves driving industrial gas sales by developing new customers, managing key accounts, and leading a sales team to achieve revenue targets across various sectors like fabrication, automobile, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new customers for various industrial gases
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for cylinder and bulk gases
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with large industrial clients
- Lead and guide a team of 2 sales executives
- Track competitor activity and provide market feedback to management
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc in Chemistry or MBA preferred

- Strong B2B industrial selling and negotiation skills
- Experience managing key accounts and large industrial clients
- Team leadership ability
- Technical understanding of gas applications and usage
