Senior Role - Compliance and Regulatory

As an experienced legal professional, you will be responsible for handling and advising on compliances under various applicable laws for company operations, with a focus on FSSAI, Legal Metrology, FEMA, FDI, Drug Licenses, Insecticide Licenses, IT Act, IP laws, and more. Your role will involve ensuring compliances under all related acts, executing legal activities related to corporate functions, and taking end-to-end responsibility for legal documentation and registrations under applicable laws. Additionally, you will be involved in miscellaneous corporate legal requirements, providing advice on company compliances, conducting subject matter training, and collaborating with vendors, clients, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities: - Handle and advise on compliances under various applicable laws - Execute legal activities related to corporate functions - Initiate, draft, and take responsibility for legal documentation and registrations - Provide advice on company compliances - Conduct subject matter training - Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal departments Qualifications Required: - LLB or equivalent degree with excellent academic credentials - Minimum 12-13 years of experience as an in-house lawyer in any industry - Proficiency in legal drafting with attention to detail - Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Strong communication, interpersonal, and partner management skills - Self-starter with excellent business discernment and legal acumen ElasticRun is dedicated to creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive company culture and innovation ecosystem.
