Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Relationship Manager in the Real Estate sector on the Buy Side within the Investment Banking domain, your primary responsibilities will include New Client Acquisition, Generating new business from existing clients, Deal Structuring, and concluding deals. You will collaborate with the sell side to ensure successful transaction closures. Key Responsibilities: - Generate business opportunities in the real estate sector, focusing on Syndication, Land Intermediation, Asset Management, and Strategy. - Stay updated with the Real Estate Market trends and wholesale funding practices. - Define and align the target universe for client acquisition. - Identify prospects for Real Estate Developer funding and maintain a target list. - Manage key accounts to drive revenue and referrals. - Handle the entire transaction lifecycle from prospecting and sourcing to fee recovery. - Participate in negotiations with stakeholders for Mandates, closing Term Sheets, and finalizing Deal Structures. - Support in preparing Collaterals such as Pitch Books, Proposal Analysis, Information Memorandum, and Cash flow statements for transactions. - Possess deep industry knowledge through formal and informal sources. Qualifications Required: - Experience working with BANK/NBFC/AIF in the real estate sector or in BANK/NBFC in the SME/Midmarket space. - Management Qualification from Category A institutes. - Essential Skills include Networking, Interpersonal, Analytical, Organizational, Deal Skills, and the ability to independently handle Negotiations. - Desirable Skills include Multitasking, Independent work, proficiency in Local Languages. - Proven track record in fast-paced, high-growth, and competitive environments. - Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders internally and externally while managing conflicting situations effectively.
