Job Description
As a Lead Business Systems Analyst at this Fortune Global 500 organization, your role involves functionally leading a team of Business Systems Analysts. Your responsibilities include:
- Developing business and functional work products to support new projects and existing applications
- Planning Business Systems Analysis (BSA) teamwork and allocating resources to projects
- Reviewing work products to ensure quality and adherence to organizational standards
- Guiding project teams to achieve quality deliverables
- Mediating conflicts to ensure successful team dynamics and mitigate risks
- Providing leadership in the development of BSA work products, standards, process improvements, and defect resolution
- Leading Information Services (I.S.) projects to ensure completion of deliverables for small projects or components of larger projects
You will also be responsible for determining the impact and integration of solutions to business processes and systems, serving as a liaison between the business community and I.S., and researching industry best practices, standards, trends, tools, methodologies, emerging technologies, and techniques. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders and senior management to establish and implement processes that enhance efficiency and improve work products for the enterprise, while assisting junior team members with project-related activities and tasks.
Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience in Business Systems Analysis
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and senior management
- Knowledge of industry best practices, standards, trends, tools, methodologies, emerging technologies, and techniques
