Senior Product Business Analyst

**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Senior Business Analyst at Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), you will be responsible for drafting business and functional requirements for the development, maintenance, and support of ICE Digital Trade. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of a world-class application to users. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work independently to create quality documentation and original content for intellectual property development. - Gather product requirements from different departments and translate them into firm development requirements following appropriate software processes. - Develop requirements and analysis artifacts including use-cases, activity diagrams, user-interface schematics, business rules, technical specifications, process flows, and API documentation. - Extract and analyze data using tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, etc. - Assist Project Management in prioritization and tracking the implementation of system requirements. - Establish and manage relationships with business and IT subject matter experts, internal and external stakeholders. - Assist Operations with incident resolution and adhere to company cybersecurity policies. - Stay updated on new technologies and maintain technical proficiency. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, MIS, or a related discipline. - 5+ years of experience in Business analysis. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Strong technical and functional business writing skills. - Detail-oriented with the ability to write unambiguous requirements. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio). - Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, or related tools. JSON experience is a plus. - Ability to proactively identify and address risks to project delivery. - Strong organizational skills and commitment to customer service. - Experience in banking, trading, clearing, or related industries is a plus, with a preference for derivatives experience.
