Job Description
As a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant at MTX Group Inc., you will play a crucial role in designing and proposing scalable, secure, and cost-efficient technical solutions across diverse technology ecosystems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client, Sales & RFx Engagement:
- Lead the analysis of RFI/RFP/Tender documents to understand customer pain points, objectives, technical landscape, and constraints.
- Summarize bid details including agency background, contract duration, contract value, scope of work, user journeys, and design-critical considerations.
- Participate in internal stakeholder/client meetings, discovery/business domain understanding workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and existing client portal research.
- Collaborate with internal sales and delivery teams to align solution direction and ensure feasibility.
- Support the creation of Functional & Technical Requirement Traceability Matrices.
- Solution Design & Architecture (Platform-Agnostic):
- Architect multi-cloud, hybrid, and on-premise solutions meeting functional, technical, security, and compliance requirements.
- Recommend best-fit technology stacks based purely on customer needs and evaluation criteria.
- Create high-level and detailed technical architecture diagrams, data flow models, and integration patterns.
- Apply modern architectural principles such as microservices, API-led integration, event-driven frameworks, serverless, containerization, and cloud-native patterns.
- Technical Expertise & Ecosystem Knowledge:
- Broad technical versatility in Salesforce Ecosystem, Third Party Integrations, Cloud & Application Stack.
- Salesforce Ecosystem expertise covering core technologies, clouds, integration, DevOps & CI/CD, security, and governance.
- Third Party Integrations knowledge in document generation, e-signature, storage/content, SMS/communication, monitoring/logging, and analytics/BI.
- Cloud & Application Stack experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, databases, programming, containerization, AI/ML, and more.
In addition to your technical skills, you are expected to bring:
- 6-12 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Design, or Architecture roles.
- Strong multi-cloud and Salesforce experience with hands-on understanding of integrations and ecosystem tools.
- Excellent communication skills to simplify complex concepts for business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with technical writing, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted solutioning.
- Proven experience participating in large-scale RFx processes and cross-functional collaboration.
