Job Description

As a Senior Operations Manager at Corpay, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the operational ecosystem of the Global Capability Center (GCC). Your responsibilities will include: - **Operations & Service Delivery** - Leading, managing, and optimizing operations across functions. - Ensuring timely and quality delivery of services as per SLAs, KPIs, and stakeholder expectations - Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality frameworks to monitor performance and track improvements - **GCC Governance & Compliance** - Supporting in establishing and managing center-wide governance models for operations, transformation, and risk management - Ensuring adherence to local regulatory requirements, corporate governance, data security, and compliance standards - Partnering with different cross functions to ensure adherence to frameworks - **People Leadership & Stakeholder Management** - Leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, ensuring strong collaboration, engagement, and capability growth - Managing relationships with global stakeholders, internal business units, and functional leaders to support organizational objectives - Driving talent management, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development - **Transformation & Continuous Improvement** - Driving operational efficiency through automation, digitization, and lean process improvement initiatives - Monitoring operational metrics and using data-driven insights to recommend improvements in efficiency, productivity, and scalability - Supporting in executing transformation programs, expanding service lines, and building future-ready GCC capability - **GCC Infrastructure, Vendor & Risk Management** - Coordinating with facilities, IT, HR, and third-party vendors to ensure an efficient, compliant, and scalable operating environment - Managing end-to-end vendor performance, renewals, contracts, and service-level governance - Assessing operational risks, developing mitigation plans, and creating business continuity preparedness. **Qualifications & Experience** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred - 10-15 years of experience in operations leadership within a GCC, Shared Services, Captive Center, or large corporate services environment - Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, service delivery, transformation, and scaling operations - Strong understanding of compliance (SOX, ISO, GDPR, local labor laws), governance models, and shared services frameworks. - Experience in building relationships across different teams At Corpay, you will benefit from various perks including leaves, medical & insurance coverage, wellness & health benefits, tech & meals support, commute & retirement benefits, and a culture focused on diversity, inclusion, and equality.
