Senior Network Analyst

Role Overview: You will be joining Accendra Health as a Senior Network Analyst based in Pune with a hybrid work model. As a Senior Network Analyst, you will be responsible for operation, design, implementation, analytics, performance control, and technical guidance in all network systems. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with established system architecture, regulations, and security policies, as well as following standards and best practices. You will play a key role in maintaining support documentation and working across various networking areas such as routing, switching, load balancing, wireless network, SDWAN, VPN, MPLS, IP management, and network security. Key Responsibilities: - Advanced knowledge of network services including Juniper SDWAN, routing, switching, load balancing, firewall, wireless network, VPN, MPLS, and network security. - Ability to resolve complex problems related to network connectivity and application inter-operability. - Proficiency in Palo-Alto Firewall and F5 Load-Balancer. - Implementation and documentation of network services based on solution design. - Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the capacity of Network solution system utilization. - Collaboration with Server and other Infrastructure teams. - Serving as a Tier-2 escalation point during major outages or critical downtime windows. - Ensuring global compliance with network regulations, security, and legal requirements. - Documentation of enterprise network infrastructure components. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience. - 10+ years of experience in Information Technology focusing on the management, configuration, modification, installation, and evaluation of network systems hardware and software. - 8+ years of experience in a global enterprise environment. - Hands-on experience with Juniper product line, MX Series, EX series, and SSRs. - Expertise in network operating systems such as Junos, Cisco IOS, and F5. - Strong understanding and experience with BGP, SDWAN protocols, and related technologies. - Familiarity with Data Center Architecture, QoS, MPLS, VPNs, and network troubleshooting. - Ability to work with different hardware manufacturers in a heterogeneous network environment. - Strong vendor management skills. - JNCIS Certification preferred. - Experience with Windows and Linux systems will be advantageous. - Availability to work occasional weekends and after hours, as well as travel domestically and internationally up to 20%. - Automation and scripting skills are a plus. - Network monitoring experience, including tool deployment, configuration, and turnover to operations management.
