Senior Medical Representative (Cardiovascular Interventions)

Location: Sector 74A, DLF Corporate Greens 

Salary: INR 40,000 INR 50,000 per month

About the Role

This role is a blend of strategic field sales and office-based reporting, requiring a candidate who is as comfortable in a Cath Lab as they are in a boardroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Penetration: Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, cardiac centres, and clinics across the assigned territory.
• Product Expertise: Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations of iVasculars cardiovascular range (Balloons, Stents, and Catheters) to Interventional Cardiologists and Surgeons.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and hospital procurement teams.
• Clinical Support: Provide on-site assistance and technical support during cardiovascular procedures to ensure the effective use of our devices.
• Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives through disciplined territory management and lead conversion.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer feedback, and market trends via the Gurugram office.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Graduate degree (B.Sc., B. Pharma, or similar) with a strong background in Biology to effectively communicate clinical benefits.
• Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in the sales and marketing of Cardiovascular medical devices.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of interventional cardiology products, specifically Balloons, Catheters, and Stents.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Mobility: Must be comfortable with a mix of office-based strategy work and field visits. Candidates must be open to relocating/commuting to Sector 74A, Gurugram, as the office location will be moving shortly.
