As a Senior Manager / AGM - Business Development (Contact Logistics) at our organization, your role will involve identifying, creating, and nurturing growth opportunities to drive revenue generation. You will be responsible for building strategic relationships, expanding market presence, and collaborating across teams to close deals and foster long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving sales targets and revenue goals through acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
- Increasing the company's market share in targeted segments.
- Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and managing the sales funnel from prospecting to closure.
- Establishing and nurturing long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and providing actionable insights to influence business strategy.
- Developing and executing customized sales plans for different markets, sectors, or geographies.
- Leading negotiations on pricing, terms, and agreements to secure favorable contracts.
- Maintaining up-to-date sales reports and CRM entries, providing regular updates to leadership on pipeline status, win/loss analysis, and forecasting.
- Representing the organization professionally in all external interactions, enhancing the company's brand image and positioning in the market.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver client-centric solutions and provide feedback to refine offerings and strategies.
