Job Description
As a Senior Manager in the Deals division at PwC, your focus will be on providing strategic advice and support to clients in various areas such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate complex transactions and ensuring they maximize the value in their business deals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Independently managing projects of medium to large complexity
- Demonstrating strong business acumen and analytical skills, particularly in audit-related tasks
- Identifying issues for purchase price adjustments, working capital, and debt adjustments
- Exhibiting strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Writing deliverables independently and articulating well-informed points of view
- Building strong internal connections within the organization
- Possessing technical proficiency in Indian GAAP/Indian Accounting standards
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data and analytics tools such as Altryx, Power BI, Power Pivot, Tableau, etc.
- Upholding the highest level of integrity
Mandatory skill sets required for this role:

Preferred skill sets:
- Financial Due Diligence
You should have 8-10 years of experience in the field and hold a CA qualification to be considered for this position.
