Senior Manager, ERP Program Management

**Job Description** As a Senior Manager in this crucial role, you will oversee all aspects of ERP project management to ensure the successful delivery of critical initiatives aligned with Amgen's goals. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, managing key relationships, and effectively communicating program outcomes to executive leadership. You will focus on ensuring the quality and compliance of ERP solutions, particularly with SOX and GMP standards, while also managing budget requirements and the performance of system integrators and partners. Collaborating with Organizational Change Management teams, you will create communication strategies for smooth operational transitions and proactively address risks and dependencies, fostering cross-functional collaboration. Leading and developing talent cross-functionally will be essential to promote continuous improvement and professional growth within the organization. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage all phases of ERP project management using proven methodologies (Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Waterfall) to achieve strategic goals. - Develop and execute comprehensive project plans and Lead SAFe Program Increment (PI) planning events aligning with organizational objectives. - Manage a team of SAFe scrum masters to ensure effective value delivery and adherence to SAFe Agile standard methodologies. - Build strong relationships with key collaborators, including DTI and business leaders, to ensure alignment and collaboration amongst teams and Agile Release trains. - Communicate program outcomes clearly to executive leadership, providing a compelling vision and execution strategy. - Oversee budget planning and management to ensure projects stay within financial constraints and achieve expected ROI. - Supervise the performance of system integrators and partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of ERP solutions. - Ensure all ERP solutions meet stringent SOX and GMP compliance standards. - Collaborate with Organizational Change Management teams to develop effective communication strategies for operational transitions. - Identify and manage product team and ART level risks, issues, and dependencies proactively to mitigate disruptions. - Foster the usage of SAFe agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration with technology and business teams. - Lead talent management efforts within ERP, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. **Qualifications Required:** - Doctorate degree with 2 years of experience OR Master's degree with 8 to 10 years OR Bachelor's degree with 10 to 14 years OR Diploma with 14 to 18 years in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, IT, or related fields. **Additional Details:** We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
