Senior Manager - Business Intelligence

As the Data and BI Strategy Leader at our client Associates, your role will involve driving a culture of objective data-based decision-making within the organization. You will work closely with the CIO and business leaders to make key decisions related to Data Architecture, Data ownership governance, Transformation, and insights to the business. Your primary responsibility will be to implement Data and BI Programs in a seamless, accurate, secure, and sustainable manner, utilizing AI/ML and GenAI / LLM capabilities as relevant. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary SPOC for the Data and BI programs - Size data environments for optimal performance and drive adoption - Demonstrate expert knowledge of AWS tools such as Athena, Bedrock, RDS, Lambda Cloud functions, Tableau, and Alteryx environments - Lead vendor partnering, evaluation, and full life cycle implementation - Build a high-performance Data BI team to deliver project plans effectively - Own Scope management, cost management, and Quality to production - Collaborate with inter-departmental dependencies and drive positive actions - Establish a process sustain / DevOps team for operational support and ongoing changes - Take ownership of upgrades to deliver with no unplanned business downtime - Share ownership of Cloud cost optimization - Promote active learning within teams towards emerging trends using GenAI and LLM Key Performance Indicators: - Establish a watertight contract with the implementation partner - Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of program milestones - Maintain quality delivery with effective scope management and change containment - Drive innovation in solution implementations with GenAI / LLM space - Ensure user adoption and ownership of data programs with the right tools Qualifications Required: - Experience in at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of large ETL programs on AWS - Knowledge of SAP modules such as Inbound Inspection, Production Planning, Quality Planning, etc. - Familiarity with Master data, PLM, IT-OT integration, and MES systems - Understanding of technical components supporting business processes and integration efforts - Proficiency in S4/Hana FIORI Tiles, BTP, Launch Pad, transactional apps, and personas - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience - AWS Certified - Upskilled in Gen AI (Note: The additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.)
