As a Senior Manager / Associate Director in Performance Marketing at our client's rapid-growing consumer technology company, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing end-to-end performance marketing strategies across various paid channels like Google, Meta, programmatic, affiliate, and others.
- Driving user acquisition and growth while optimizing key metrics such as CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.
- Planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns throughout web and app funnels.
- Managing budgets and allocating resources across channels to ensure maximum ROI.
- Conducting experiments and A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
- Utilizing performance analytics and reporting to identify growth opportunities and insights.
- Collaborating with product, design, and analytics teams to enhance funnel performance and conversion rates.
- Mentoring and managing the performance marketing team members and external agencies if applicable.
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- 510 years of experience in performance or growth marketing within consumer internet, D2C, fintech, e-commerce, gaming, or similar digital-first companies.
- Hands-on expertise in paid acquisition platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, and affiliate networks.
- Demonstrated success in scaling performance campaigns with measurable ROI.
