Senior Java Programmers / Consultants

As a Senior Java Programmer or Team Lead or Architect with 5-6 years of total experience in JAVA, you will be responsible for majorly working on e-commerce projects and portals/websites. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working on shopping basket, Online Payment & SMS gateway integrations - Utilizing technical skills in JSP, JavaScripts, JQuery, XML, Object Oriented Programming, MVC architecture, Struts/Spring, and Hibernate - Designing databases, analyzing requirements, and proposing solutions - Writing Pl/SQL statements - Leading a team of 3-4 people under you - Interfacing with clients to understand requirements and develop high-level designs - Independently designing architecture and database design - Having exposure to n-tier architecture and portal/website development with a background in web services, preferably in mobile-optimized website technologies Qualifications Required: - 4 years of experience in Java Programming for Websites/Portals/E-Commerce/Mobile based Websites - Experience in Mobile Technologies for developing Mobile optimized Websites and Mobile Apps - Proficiency in JAVA, JSP, Servlets, J2EE, JDBC, Web Services - Familiarity with Struts1.2/Struts2, Hibernate, Axis, Log4j - Knowledge of Java Design Patterns like Singleton, Factory and J2EE Design Patterns such as Business Delegate, DAO, Front Controller, MVC - Experience with Apache Web server, Apache Tomcat, MySQL, PL/SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, HTML/XHTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery/DOJO, Eclipse, Dreamweaver, MySQLYog/AquaDataStudio/TOAD, Notepad++, Tortoise SVN, Jasper Reports, iReports - Optional expertise in Ant script, JUnit, PMD, Checkstyle, Basic Photoshop You should be a hands-on individual with strong command over written and spoken English, able to understand design/development scope, and possess excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively.
