Senior IT Recruiter

You are a Senior IT Recruiter being hired by Eficaz HR Services Pvt. Ltd. to work under a Client-RPO engagement at the clients office in Amanora Park Town, Pune. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for technical positions and collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure timely closures in a dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage end-to-end IT recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and joining follow-ups. - Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend role requirements and priorities. - Source candidates through various channels like Naukri, job portals, referrals, and networking. - Drive recruitment for technical roles across different technologies such as Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Product, and Support. - Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain effective communication during the hiring process. - Generate daily pipeline reports and monitor hiring metrics. - Ensure quick turnaround for submissions, interviews, and offer closures. - Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives at the client site. - Stay informed about market trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks. **Ideal Candidate Profile** - 48 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. - Previous experience in RPO or onsite client environment is preferred. - Proficient in sourcing and stakeholder management. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple open positions simultaneously. - Strong understanding of IT technologies and the hiring landscape. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. - Willingness to work from the client location for 5 days a week. **Education & Tools** - Graduate in HR/Business Administration or related field. - Proficiency in sourcing platforms like Recruiter, Naukri, and others. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment tracking tools is advantageous.
