Senior Integrations Engineer

As a member of the Clinical and Revenue Cycle Applications pillar at Providence, your role involves contributing to the vision of the organization by focusing on providing excellence in the care of applications and systems used in communities, hospitals, and clinics. Your responsibilities will include the following: - Work with key stakeholders to build business expansion strategies and growth plans. - Review current integration strategies and goals to identify strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities. - Build capabilities for the Clinical & Revenue Cycle Applications Interoperability Team on Rhapsody/Corepoint, InterSystems HealthShare, Azure/cloud & supporting technologies. - Support Technical architects in defining integration solutions and technology roadmaps. - Establish SLAs, KPIs, and recommend process improvements. - Stay updated on technology trends and drive modernization initiatives in the healthcare domain. - Ensure successful completion of committed backlog in alignment with business priorities and KPIs. - Collaborate with peers, cross-pillar teams, and global teams to identify common business cases and work on new engineering solutions. - Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams, external suppliers, and consultants for timely delivery. - Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end application/system/device integration and dependencies. - Solve ambiguous problems beyond product/service boundaries creatively. - Translate vision into processes and requirements to meet complex business needs. - Identify team dependency issues, schedule priorities, and establish milestone exit criteria. - Engage with leadership and stakeholders to validate priorities and scope. This position requires a thorough understanding of the healthcare domain, integration engines such as Corepoint, Mirth, Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, InterSystems, HL7 standards (V2, FHIR, CDA), clinical terminology (LOINC, SNOWMED), and relevant experience in building and maintaining complex interfaces. Additionally, exposure to API integration, CI/CD, automated testing, application lifecycle management, data ops, programming languages (.NET, Python, Java, nodejs), SQL, networking, security, cloud, and enterprise integration architecture is essential. This role is based in Hyderabad and involves collaboration with global teams across different time zones.
