Job Description

As a Senior Graphic Designer with expertise in video, motion, and static creatives, you will be responsible for leading the execution of performance marketing and brand storytelling initiatives. Your role will involve owning the creative delivery process from briefing to final output, as well as mentoring a team of 34 designers. You must be a hands-on creative thinker capable of driving ideation, ensuring high-quality execution, and scaling performance-driven creatives across various channels in collaboration with marketing and product teams. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end design and video execution for various assets including paid ads, email campaigns, websites, landing pages, and e-commerce materials. - Conceptualize and produce high-performing static, motion, and video creatives for platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others. - Translate marketing objectives and performance insights into visually compelling concepts that drive click-through rates, engagement, and conversions. - Lead creative ideation for launches, campaigns, and growth initiatives by continuously testing new formats, hooks, and trends. - Mentor and review a small design team to ensure high creative standards, efficient workflows, and timely delivery. - Collaborate cross-functionally with performance, content, product, and growth teams to align creative outputs with business objectives. - Ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and final creative quality assurance across all channels and regions before implementation. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 57 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and motion design, preferably in D2C, health-tech, or consumer tech sectors. - Proven leadership experience in mentoring design teams, managing multiple projects, and meeting tight deadlines independently. - Strong expertise in creating high-performing static and video creatives for paid ads, email marketing, and other performance-driven channels. - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with Final Cut Pro is a plus. - Solid grasp of performance marketing creative principles including hooks, pacing, thumbnails, layouts, CTAs, and UGC-style ad formats. - Strong visual storytelling skills with a focus on typography, composition, brand systems, and design aesthetics. - Exposure to 2D animation, product animations, basic 3D/product renders, and familiarity with AI tools for ideation, editing, or asset generation. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - A strong portfolio showcasing paid ads, motion graphics, video creatives, and static designs aligned with performance outcomes.
