Senior Frontend Engineer

You will be responsible for building high-performance, data-heavy applications used by staffing firms and enterprise talent acquisition teams. Your focus will be on performance, beautiful UX, clean architecture, and shipping real product fast. As a frontend engineer at Curately.ai, you will work on architecting and building complex, high-performance frontend systems, including AI-powered search interfaces, real-time filtering and sorting UIs, data-dense tables, complex state management, highly interactive dashboards, animations, and micro-interactions. You will also design system architecture and standardize components. The frontend stack you will be working with includes React (18+), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Radix UI, Lucide Icons, Framer Motion, and a modern API-driven architecture. In order to thrive in this role, you must have 5+ years of frontend engineering experience, deep expertise in React and TypeScript, experience building large-scale production React applications, a strong understanding of rendering performance and optimization, experience handling heavy data UIs, mastery of component composition and reusable architecture, as well as knowledge in memoization, virtualization, lazy loading, code splitting, bundle optimization, network optimization, and translating Figma/design systems into pixel-perfect implementations. Experience with SaaS B2B products, AI-driven or search-driven applications, advanced animation (Framer Motion), design system building or maintenance, working in fast-paced startup environments, strong UX intuition, and product thinking are considered as bonus points for this role.
