Senior Finance Manager

As a Senior Finance Manager for a leading D2C brand in feminine hygiene and personal wellness products, your role will involve leading financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis functions. You will be responsible for conducting thorough Financial Analysis to support strategic business decision-making, developing and enhancing Financial Models for forecasting Annual Operating Plans & budgets, and preparing periodic Financial Reports & MIS Templates for internal and external stakeholders to analyze financial performance. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough Financial Analysis to support strategic business decision-making - Develop and enhance Financial Models to forecast Annual Operating Plans & budgets - Prepare and deliver periodic Financial Reports & MIS Templates for internal and external stakeholders to analyze financial performance - Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support product-level P&L, marketing ROI, and customer acquisition efficiency - Lead fund raising efforts through mediums of equity & structured debt, liaise with venture capitalists, bankers & investment firms and serve as the primary finance POC for all external stakeholders - Lead financial meetings with all stakeholders & assist leadership in managing investor relations. Prepare dashboards, variance reports, and investor-ready presentations - Work with senior leadership to develop financial strategies & revenue forecasts for the business - Track & optimize the unit economics and profitability metrics for the products & analyze areas of cost inefficiency & discrepancies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial data - Supervise the accounts & compliance team to finalize books of accounts and ensure accurate tax compliances Qualifications Required: - CA with 7-9 years post qualification experience - Experience in leading finance for ecommerce brands - Prior experience in scaling finance team in startups - Stakeholder management skills - experience being the point of contact for investors, directors This fast-growing startup, founded in 2018 by IITian founders, is looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant with an analytical mindset, a deep understanding of financial modeling, and the ability to partner cross-functionally to drive data-backed decisions.
