Job Description
As a Supply Finance - Procurement FC Lead, your role involves consolidating and reviewing the category split performance of COGS (Make/ Move/ Source) on a monthly basis. You will be responsible for managing the COGS performance scorecard and reporting it to key stakeholders including CEO, CFO, CSO, EVP Sourcing, FC, and VP-SF. Additionally, you will provide deep dive analysis and reporting on COGS, including brand and geographic analysis, as well as trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with procurement category buyers to develop AOP and IOP for India Direct materials, including BIO
- Aggregate and report on the performance of direct spends for India monthly
- Provide in-depth cost analysis on spend down to a SKU level
- Conduct monthly brand pack variance analysis with a focus on volume, mix, and rate impact
- Provide key insights on source rates to FP&A team for GM movements
- Support ad hoc global supply queries, audit queries, and financial performance discussions
In terms of costing analysis and causal global reporting, you will play a critical role in providing global reporting to Diageo's Supply Chain and Finance Director, Global Supply Finance Controller, and Performance Manager. This involves performing supply causal reporting, analyzing COGS P&L lines and drivers, conducting blend and component analysis, and reporting variances on special spirits. You will also liaise with internal and external audit teams and support in governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
Qualifications Required:
- CA/MBA qualification
- 4-8 years of experience in a similar background
- Knowledge of cost accounting/material accounting
- Proficiency in accounting systems like SAP and Advanced Excel
