Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Executive in Learning & Development, your primary responsibility will be to support the design, delivery, and implementation of learning initiatives throughout the organization. This role will require you to collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs, oversee training programs, assess effectiveness, and contribute to fostering a robust learning culture within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in partnership with business stakeholders. - Design, coordinate, and deliver various learning interventions, including classroom sessions, virtual training, and e-learning modules. - Manage the entire process of training programs, including scheduling, logistics, communication, and feedback collection. - Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop learning content and frameworks that align with business objectives. - Monitor training completion rates, analyze feedback received, and report on training metrics. - Assist in onboarding processes and the implementation of behavioral and functional capability programs. - Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital platforms to curate and oversee learning journeys. - Lead efforts to enhance the learning culture within different teams. - Provide support for Learning & Development projects such as competency mapping, e-learning development, and leadership programs. Qualifications Required: - Possess 58 years of experience in Learning & Development, training delivery, or capability development. - Demonstrate strong facilitation and communication skills. - Experience in handling Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and familiarity with content design tools like Articulate, Canva, etc., will be advantageous. - Capable of managing multiple stakeholders and projects concurrently. - Hold a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field at the Graduate or Postgraduate level.
