Job Description
As a Senior Enterprise Risk Specialist at Wells Fargo, your role will involve driving consistent implementation and usage of core data elements across risk programs. You will participate in the development and execution of program enhancements, including process optimization, quality assurance, site management, and reporting oversight. Leveraging Foundational Risk Components (FRC) program data to develop analytics, metrics, and centralized resources will be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will coordinate adherence with FRC program standards, collaborating across FRC owners and risk program teams. Your role will also involve serving as a liaison with FRC owners and risk teams to assess impacts and implement significant content changes. Developing materials & consistent messaging to program stakeholders and senior leadership will be part of your responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive consistent implementation and usage of core data elements across risk programs
- Participate in the development and execution of program enhancements
- Leverage Foundational Risk Components (FRC) program data for analytics and metrics
- Coordinate adherence with FRC program standards
- Serve as a liaison with FRC owners and risk teams
- Develop materials & consistent messaging to program stakeholders and senior leadership
**Qualifications Required:**
- 4 years of Risk Management experience in various areas such as Compliance, Financial Crimes, Operational Risk, Audit, Legal, Credit Risk, Market Risk, IT Systems Security, Business Process Management, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
