Role Overview: You will be part of Sigmoid, an organization that empowers enterprises to make smarter, data-driven decisions by combining advanced data engineering with AI consulting. Sigmoid collaborates with leading data-rich organizations in various sectors to solve complex business challenges. As a member of the global team, you will specialize in cloud data modernization, predictive analytics, generative AI, and DataOps, with a significant presence in Bengaluru and operations across multiple countries. Key Responsibilities: - Gather requirements and design solutions/architecture, managing projects and governance effectively. - Lead and execute multiple Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Analytics (DA) projects in coordination with internal teams and clients. - Independently engage with customers, presenting solutions and insights convincingly. - Oversee multiple BI and analytics programs, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with business impact, collaborating with Data Engineering and other functions. - Take a hands-on approach, engaging with clients closely, and potentially managing teams. Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Ability to engage with clients from various functions, understand their workflows, and provide insights for decision-making. - Highly analytical, capable of analyzing and presenting data to derive clear insights for improving KPIs. - Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), backend systems (SQL, ETL frameworks), and data modeling. - Experience in BFS, CPG, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Marketing domains would be beneficial. - Strong problem-solving skills, prioritization abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
