Job Description
As a Senior Digital Product Manager in the "Digital Product Management FTT AI & Digital Transformation" group at Franklin Templeton, your role involves managing various tasks related to product lifecycle, distribution channels, and client relationships. You will be responsible for driving the execution of product lifecycle processes, translating business requirements into product solutions, and devising go-to-market strategies. Your key responsibilities include:
- Have a good understanding of the drivers for business in Advisory, Retirement, and Private Wealth businesses.
- Drive product lifecycle processes, including research, competitive analysis, roadmap development, and product launches.
- Translate business requirements into product solutions with minimal ambiguity.
- Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines and manage releases across stakeholders.
- Contribute to product research by pitching new ideas and strategies based on market pulse.
- Create product strategy documents, technical requirements, and user stories.
- Ensure appropriate testing of new product features and define success metrics post-launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful client or partner deployment.
- Actively risk-manage client interactions and maintain documentation outlining algorithmic methodologies.
- Design testing suites to validate enhancements and updates to algorithmic advice specific to client deployments.
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to create dashboards and track business metrics.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- MBA (graduate degree) and a STEM undergraduate degree from Tier 1 universities/institutes.
- CFA credentials are highly preferred.
Experience and skills needed:
- 8-10+ years of Product Management experience in Fintech/Wealthtech or core technology product companies.
- Exceptional mathematical and Excel skills.
- Experience in agile methodologies and digital product development practices.
- Ability to take initiative, work under pressure, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication, consensus-building, and storytelling abilities.
- Hands-on experience with analytics platforms, BI tools, and data visualization.
