Senior Developer - AI / ML

Role Overview: At Citco, we are looking for an experienced Sr. Developer for Enablement (C4E) delivery team. Your role will involve delivering the technical foundations of Citco's AI capabilities through reusable patterns, frameworks, and components. It requires hands-on technical experience to build high-performing applications that facilitate AI adoption across Citco. We are seeking someone with deep AI engineering expertise who can also foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain core AI infrastructure, APIs, and cloud integrations - Implement LLM/GenAI solutions, vector stores, and embedding strategies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable AI adoption - Ensure code quality through testing, CI/CD, and DevOps practices Qualifications Required: - 58 years of software development experience - Strong Python, FastAPI, and REST API skills - Hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI, or vector databases - Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) - Experience with React, CI/CD, and Agile practices - Strong problem-solving and communication skills Nice to Have: - AWS Bedrock or Azure OpenAI experience - Event-driven cloud-native architecture - AI governance and compliance awareness Additional Company Details: Your well-being is a top priority at Citco, and it is crucial for our success.
