Senior Designer, Production

Role Overview: You will be responsible for learning and becoming an expert on Invesco brand guidelines, ensuring all communications align with the brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. Additionally, you will provide production and post-production support for marketing sales literature, infographics, fillable forms, presentations, and other adhoc requests. Working closely with marketers, you will understand project requests, seek clarifications, and ensure the delivery of projects on time. Self-reviewing all deliverables for layout, consistency, and brand compliance is a key aspect of this role, while maintaining 100% quality during all stages. You will also assist junior designers as necessary and create Accessible Communications for external-facing deliverables (AODA / ADA - WCAG). Diligent file management, proficiency in utilizing web-based job trafficking systems, and maintaining industry-standard software knowledge are essential responsibilities.
