Job Description
As a Senior Consultant in Workforce Management at EY- Global Delivery Services (GDS) People Consulting (PC) team, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients to align their HR function with organizational plans while prioritizing employee experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leveraging your expertise in Dayforce to support client projects involving Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, and Labour Scheduling
- Working as part of a global distributed team to ensure quality, timeliness, and accuracy of work outputs
- Being recognized as a subject matter expert in one or more areas within the Workforce management domain
- Participating in full life cycle activities from Discovery to Postproduction Support
- Developing thought leadership collateral and methodologies to enhance Workforce management service offerings
- Driving effective client communication and building strong relations with clients and project team counterparts globally
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- High integrity, commitment to work in a challenging environment, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication, presentation skills, and cross-cultural awareness
- Agility, adaptability, and willingness to travel nationally and internationally for client projects
- Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL
To qualify for this position, you must have:
- 6 - 9 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Workforce management and Payroll consulting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in a consulting environment on global client projects
Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have:
- Technical proficiencies in payroll and experience in solving complex global Workforce Management challenges
- Certification in Workforce Management and expertise in process mapping, documentation, and creating SOPs
- Exposure to workforce transformation programs and hands-on experience with global payroll platforms such as Ceridian, ADP, SAP, Workday, Oracle, etc.
