As a Senior Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI within the Finance domain, your role will involve: - Leading the integration of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to enhance AI system accuracy and context-awareness. - Developing and refining Large Language Model (LLM) based solutions through prompt engineering and fine-tuning. - Utilizing table transformers and other advanced Python packages for extracting and processing complex financial data. - Working end-to-end on GenAI solutions, from data preprocessing and model development to deployment and monitoring. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into existing workflows. - Staying updated with the latest advancements in GenAI and contributing to ongoing AI innovation efforts. - Communicating technical concepts and findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications: - Bachelor's in Computer Sciences or related field. - Master's degree or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. - 6-8 years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in real-world settings. - Minimum 2 years of experience specifically with Generative AI solutions. - Deep understanding of RAG, LLM, Transformer models (e.g., BERT, GPT), Agentic AI, prompt engineering, fine-tuning techniques, vector databases, similarity search, LangChain, LlamaIndex, model evaluation metrics for GenAI, MLOps principles, and Python programming skills. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. - Hands-on experience with end-to-end AI project development and deployment. Preferred Skills: - Formal coursework or certifications in Data Science. - Experience in the financial services industry. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). - Contributions to open-source AI projects.
