Senior Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst at Ameriprise India LLP, you will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects and gain hands-on experience in data analysis, machine learning, and cutting-edge technologies. Your role will involve supporting EDAI Products Analytics team, working with business leaders to understand and solve business problems, and developing and maintaining interactive dashboards for key metrics communication. Key Responsibilities: - Collect, clean, and process large datasets using SQL and Python. - Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. - Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI. - Support the development and implementation of basic machine learning models. - Evaluate and experiment with Large Language Models (LLMs) for data-related tasks. - Collaborate with team members to present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Masters degree preferred. - Experience: 3-5 years of experience in data analysis through internships, academic projects, or coursework. Technical Skills: - Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data. - Solid programming skills in Python, including experience with Pandas and NumPy. - Hands-on experience creating dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI. - Basic knowledge of Machine Learning concepts and algorithms. - Foundational understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications. Soft Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and take initiative.
