Job Description
As a Credit Manager specializing in Large Corporates and Infrastructure, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting detailed credit underwriting and financial analysis for Large Corporate and Infrastructure clients.
- Preparing comprehensive credit appraisal notes, risk assessment reports, and credit proposals.
- Analyzing financial statements, cash flows, balance sheets, and project financials to evaluate creditworthiness.
- Assessing industry dynamics, project risks, and business models, especially within the infrastructure sector.
- Structuring and evaluating credit facilities, loan terms, covenants, and security structures.
- Working closely with business teams to understand client requirements and structure lending proposals accordingly.
- Monitoring portfolio performance, identifying early warning signals, and potential credit risks.
- Ensuring compliance with internal credit policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk frameworks.
Key Requirements for this role include:
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in credit underwriting, credit analysis, and preparation of credit appraisal notes
- Experience covering Large Corporates and/or Infrastructure credit
- Strong expertise in financial statement analysis, project finance evaluation, and corporate lending structures
- Prior exposure to credit risk assessment in banking or financial institutions
