Job Description
As a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that Salesforce solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value. Your expertise in requirements gathering, process analysis, user story creation, and solution design will be essential for translating complex business needs into scalable Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document requirements using user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Salesforce CRM platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related modules.
- Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) with a focus on clarity, completeness, and traceability.
- Leverage your proficiency in process modeling tools such as BPMN, flowcharts, and UML diagrams.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels with your excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Identify workflow visualization and process improvements to enhance business efficiency.
- Work in Agile project environments, utilizing Agile methodologies.
Qualifications Required:
- 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce CRM platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related modules.
- Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements using user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Expertise in creating and maintaining BRDs and FRDs with a focus on clarity, completeness, and traceability.
- Proficiency in process modeling tools such as BPMN, flowcharts, and UML diagrams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile project environments.
- Ability to visualize workflows and identify process improvements to enhance business efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Business Analyst).
