Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Analytics Analyst (C11) in the TTS Analytics team at Citi, you will be responsible for working on multiple analyses throughout the year on various business problems across the client life cycle, including acquisition, engagement, client experience, and retention for the TTS business. You will leverage various analytical approaches, tools, and techniques, working with multiple data sources such as client profile & engagement data, transactions & revenue data, digital data, and unstructured data like call transcripts to provide data-driven insights to business and functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct marketing analytics by working on business problems related to sales/marketing strategy optimization, pricing optimization, client experience, cross-sell, and retention. - Utilize different analytical methods including hypothesis testing, segmentation, time series forecasting, test vs. control comparison, and predictive modeling using Machine Learning. - Demonstrate strong analytical skills such as logical reasoning, problem-solving ability, formulating analytical methodology, identifying trends and patterns with data, and hands-on data retrieval and manipulation from big data environments. - Proficiency in tools and platforms like Python/R, SQL, PySpark, Hive, Scala, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with Tableau. - Apply soft skills including the ability to identify, articulate, and solve complex business problems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong process/project management skills, ability to coach and mentor juniors, and contribute to organizational initiatives.
