Senior Associate, Product Strategy and Operations Associate

You will be part of the Product Operations team at Circles.Life, a global technology company reimagining the telco industry. Your role as an Associate will involve supporting the Product team in defining and executing its strategic roadmap, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of product initiatives. Here are your key responsibilities: - Conduct Market Research: Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product strategies. - Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to gather insights. - Data Analysis: Identify opportunities for product enhancements through thorough data analysis. - Strategic Planning: Assist in creating product roadmaps and strategic plans. - Reporting: Prepare and present reports to communicate findings and recommendations. - Monitor Performance: Track product performance metrics and suggest improvements. - Product Operations Support: Work closely with the Product Operations manager to support various product operations initiatives including team coordination, process improvement, and process implementation. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years experience in relevant fields such as management consulting, operations, product management, or a related field. - Strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail. - Basic understanding of software development processes and methodologies. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data analysis tools. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications include experience in the telecommunications industry, familiarity with domain-driven design, microservices architecture, or related concepts, knowledge of BSS (Business Support Systems) or related telco platforms, and understanding of agile methodologies and product management practices.
