Role Overview:
As a Senior Associate in the Advisory team at PwC, you will specialize in finance consulting, focusing on providing consulting services related to financial management and strategy. Your role will involve analyzing client needs, developing financial solutions, and offering guidance and support to help clients optimize their financial performance, improve decision-making, and achieve their financial goals. Additionally, you will be involved in operating model and organization design, where you will focus on helping clients optimize their finance function and organizational structure. This will include analyzing current finance operating models, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and designing and implementing solutions to enhance finance processes, roles, and responsibilities. You will also provide guidance on finance transformation initiatives, change management, and talent development to align the finance function with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of key finance processes such as P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A, Tax Treasury, etc. and associated risks.
- Conducting and leading workshops with stakeholders to understand key finance processes, risks, gaps, and inefficiencies across people, process, technology, data, and internal controls.
- Familiarity with digital tools used across finance including Core ERP systems, Financial consolidation tools, Data analytics, etc.
- Experience with "Finance in Digital World" technologies such as GenAI, AI, Analytics, automation solutions, and use cases to drive innovation in client finance processes.
- Ability to create Process Documentation (Maps / RACI / SLAs), perform Time and motion studies / Manpower assessments.
- Understanding of Finance maturity assessment models and Target operating model design and rollouts.
- Experience with at least 1 Strategy to execution transformation program.
- Strong foundation in core consulting skills such as problem-solving, strategic thinking, and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio skills.
- Bonus experience with process mining.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Qualifications Required:

- 3-6 Years of experience with at least 4 years relevant to the job description.
Qualifications Preferred:

- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience of client-facing work with client handling capabilities including senior stakeholders.
