Senior Analyst / Tax Manager

Role Overview: You will join Oracles Corporate Tax department as an International Tax Manager to support International Tax Filings. Your responsibilities will include managing and complying with international tax compliance deadlines, preparing and managing reports and required documents for international compliance filings, reviewing tax calculations and filing forms, managing tax account reconciliations, document retention, preparing information for tax audits, and effectively communicating with internal and external teams to meet deadlines. Additionally, you will support the tax team and manage projects as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and comply with international tax compliance deadlines - Prepare and manage reports and required documents for international compliance filings - Prepare and review tax calculations and filing forms before submission to tax authorities - Manage tax account reconciliations including resolution of open items - Ensure document retention according to international and company regulations - Prepare and manage information for tax audits - Effectively manage communication with internal and external teams to meet deadlines - Support tax team and manage projects when required Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's in Accounting; Graduate or Postgraduate in Tax preferred - 6+ years of Corporate International Tax Manager experience in compliance and consulting - 6+ years of Accounting and/or Tax Experience in Big 4 and/or Multinational companies - Proven accuracy and attention to detail for processes and numbers - Self-directed with the ability to lead in a fast-paced, changing environment - Strong communication skills with remote international teams - Expertise with ERP accounting systems and Microsoft applications - Chartered Accountant certification preferred - Spanish Knowledge is a plus but not a requirement About the Company: Oracle is a company that brings together data, infrastructure, applications, and expertise to power industry innovations and life-saving care.
