Senior AI Programmer (Hybrid)

Role Overview: You will be working as a Senior Voice AI Developer / Voice AI Architect, responsible for leading AI initiatives within the organization. Your role will involve designing AI systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring scalable and sustainable AI solutions to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the industry. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of end-to-end AI solutions. - Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand and fulfill the AI needs of the organization. - Create architectural approaches for AI software and hardware integration. - Define AI solution objectives and ensure alignment with business outcomes. - Monitor AI industry trends and maintain up-to-date industry knowledge. - Implement best practices for AI testing, deployment, and maintenance. Qualification Required: - B.tech/M.tech/MCA (CSE/IT) preferably from premium institutes. - 5+ years of experience in Node.js / JavaScript / TypeScript. - 3+ years of relevant experience in AI Frameworks. - Mandatory Skills: Google Dialogflow, Google STT/TTS & Node.js. - Proficient in GCP services including logs, services, and custom deployment configurations. - Strong understanding of conversational agent design and integration for Voice Applications. - Functional knowledge of speech processing, audio streaming/processing applications, and conversational AI. - Foundational understanding of Gen AI concepts and applications. - Proven understanding of scalable computing systems, microservices architectures, software architecture, data structures, and algorithms. - Experience with defined processes and policies such as peer review, test-driven development, coding standards, and deployment processes. - Excellent analytical problem-solving skills. - Self-motivated high performer with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additional Company Details: - Good to have experience with Open AI - Real Time API, Azure Open AI integration, CCAI frameworks/applications, and audio intelligence frameworks. - Experience with back-end technologies like NoSQL, RDBMS, and cache management. - Familiarity with AWS technologies such as Lambda, API Gateway, and S3, agile development methodology, and working with geographically distributed teams. - Knowledge of any CRM (WFM) will be a bonus, preferably ServiceNOW.
