- Forecast sales revenue accurately and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system for efficient pipeline management and reporting.
Your skillset should include:
- Managing the full sales cycle, demonstrating a strong understanding of SaaS sales methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with prospects and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to understand customer needs and articulate the value proposition of complex SaaS solutions.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of surpassing sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools for lead management, progress tracking, and generating reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Located in or willing to relocate to Pune for in-office work.
